Not an ordinary dome ring. The perfect curve ring has the perfect size to be worn during the day and night. Designed to shine along with your silver, blue, green, and beige outfits. Navy, emerald, and sky blue stones are to match the Long Story earring in the most sophisticated way, creating a wave as opposed to a linear line.

Perfectionism is not a friend, uniqueness is. All rings are at least 2.5 micron gold plated on silver (vermeil) to provide you with the best quality available.

Returns

We hope you will be more than happy with your BOULO piece. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will refund/exchange/adjust your item.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene concerns it is highly important that the items are unworn. We are unable to refund worn items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bouloworld.com. Please try indicating "Return request" on the subject of your email so that we will investigate your enquiry as fast as possible. Please indicate your reason for return and include images as attachments, if possible.

Buyers/customers are accountable for the costs of the return unless the goods are defective or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, you will need to buy a shipping label and use the returning address below for purchases made within UK & Europe :

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk so we recommend that you use a safe and common delivery service to avoid loss or damage.

Items must be returned in their own original package and unused condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

When posting your return, for the purchases made outside UK or Turkey, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a "return shipment to origin", to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by calling or sending an email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Worn items are not eligible for return and refund. Due to hygiene concerns, it is highly important that the items are unworn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a worn item for a return in any way. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

*It depends on your decision whether you want to receive your refund first before purchasing the item you want to exchange with or you want to buy the item you want to exchange with, right away. If you prefer to wait and you think the item might sell out, you can give us a call or send an email so that we will do our best to make sure we save quantity of one (1) of the mentioned item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN & REFUNDS


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thefrntal.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
