DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE

Delivery across Ukraine is free.

Orders across Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta (Нова Пошта) courier company. Delivery takes 1-2 days.

Items are sent in 1-2 business days after receipt of the payment by the store.

After sending an order, you will receive a cmr note number (consignment note), which you will be able to track the parcel with.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard delivery: €24, delivery time is 4-6 business days
Express delivery: €60, delivery time is 4 business days.
We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready for dispatch.

Please note that we use external shipping services and any delays occurring on their side are at the responsibility of the shipping company.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at the check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All our garments are made by a professional seamstresses and it can take up to 6 business days to get the order completed. Please note that during the sale, special offers and holidays period processing your order can take more time.

Returns

If for some reason the product does not fit you, you can always let us know. If the size doesn't fit you or there are other nuances that affect your impression of the product, we are always ready to help you, adjust the product to your parameters, change the item to a different size or color. You only need to let us know via email: info@statement-n9.com.

The exchange and return of the goods being of the adequate quality is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. You can exchange or return the goods on using the courier service “Nova Poshta". The goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange and refund are not possible for the products that were used for photo and video content without the brand's consent. All sales of sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned, no exceptions. Gift cards cannot be returned.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@statement-n9.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN & REFUNDS


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thefrntal.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
